The objective of Study M15-991 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab versus placebo during induction therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active CD.

  • Sub-study 1 (Randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab versus placebo as maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who responded to risankizumab induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991
  • Sub-study 2 (Randomized, exploratory maintenance study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different dosing regimens for risankizumab as maintenance therapy in subjects who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991;
  • Sub-study 3 (Open-label, long-term extension study) to evaluate long-term safety of risankizumab in subjects who completed Sub-study 1 or 2.

An open-label, global, multi-center study to evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetics of venetoclax monotherapy, to determine the dose limiting toxicity (DLT) and the recommended Phase 2 dose (RPTD), and to assess the preliminary efficacy of venetoclax in pediatric and young adult participants with relapsed or refractory malignancies.

Condition :   Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

A study to assess the real-life management and use of healthcare resources during the initiation of venetoclax in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with the deletion of the short arm of chromosome 17 (del[17p]) who have received at least 1 prior therapy or participants with CLL without del(17p) who have received at least 1 prior therapy and for whom there are no other available treatment options.

Condition :   Cancer - Multiple Myeloma

This is a study of venetoclax, daratumumab, and dexamethasone with and without bortezomib combination therapy to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy of these combinations in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The study will consist of 2 distinct parts: Part 1 includes participants with t(11;14) positive relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma who will receive venetoclax in combination with daratumumab and dexamethasone (VenDd); Part 2 includes participants with R/R multiple myeloma who will receive venetoclax in combination with daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (VenDVd). Each Part will be initiated with a dose-escalation phase. During the open-label, escalation phases, increasing doses of venetoclax with fixed doses of daratumumab and dexamethasone (Part 1a) or daratumumab, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Part 2a) will be administered. The dose-escalation phases will be followed by either a randomized, and blinded (Part 1b) expansion phase or single-arm and open-label (Part 2b) expansion phase.

A single-arm, open-label study to assess the overall safety of rovalpituzumab tesirine in participants with relapsed or refractory delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) expressing small cell lung cancer by evaluating the frequency of high grade (>= Grade 3) select treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs).

Condition :   Ulcerative Colitis

The purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and efficacy of risankizumab in subjects with ulcerative colitis (UC) in subjects who responded to induction treatment with rizankizumab in a prior AbbVie study of risankizumab in UC.

This study consists of three sub-studies: Substudy 1 is a 52-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled maintenance study; Substudy 2 is 52-week, randomized, exploratory maintenance study; and Substudy 3 is an open-label long-term extension study for subjects who completed Substudy 1 or 2.

The objectives of Sub-Study 1 are to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of risankizumab as induction treatment in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC), and to identify the appropriate induction dose of risankizumab for further evaluation in Sub-Study 2.

The objective of Sub-Study 2 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab compared to placebo in inducing clinical remission in subjects with moderately to severely active UC.

Condition :   Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a painful, chronic skin disease characterized by recurrent inflamed nodules and abscesses, which may rupture to form fistulas and subsequent scarring. This Study is an open-label extension study available to subjects who participated in a prior adalimumab study who meet all the inclusion and none of the exclusion criteria. The purpose of this study to evaluate the long term safety, tolerability and efficacy of adalimumab in subjects with moderate to severe HS.
