A randomized study evaluating the continued safety and efficacy of elagolix in the management of moderate to severe endometriosis-associated pain in adult pre-menopausal female subjects.

Recruitment Status: Completed

Condition :   Maladie de Crohn

This study is a proof of concept, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group phase 2 dose-ranging study of BI 655066/ABBV-066 (risankizumab), an IL-23 p19 antagonist monoclonal antibody, in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease.

Recruitment Status: Completed

Condition :   Glioblastoma, Gliosarcoma

This study seeks to determine whether the addition of ABT-414 to concomitant radiotherapy and temozolomide (TMZ) followed by combination of ABT-414 with adjuvant TMZ prolongs overall survival (OS) among participants with newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) amplification.

In addition, there is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter sub-study to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety and tolerability of ABT-414 in participants with newly diagnosed EGFR-amplified GBM who have mild or moderate hepatic impairment.

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Virus de l'hépatite C

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of response to treatment by evaluating the percentage of subjects achieving a 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12) after 12 weeks of treatment with ABT-493/ABT-530 and to evaluate the safety of the regimen in participants with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT) 4, 5, or 6 infection.

Recruitment Status: Completed

Condition :   Psoriasis

This is a confirmatory, multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, 104 week study with a 88 week treatment period and a 16 week follow-up period evaluating the efficacy and safety of BI 655066 / ABBV-066 (risankizumab) to support Registration for the treatment of moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis in adult patients. This study will also look at the maintenance of response following randomly withdrawing treatment from those patients responding to treatment at week 28, as well as the response to re-treatment for patients who relapse. This study will also assess PK and emergence of anti-drug antibodies as well as the influence of study treatment on disease specific markers. In a subset of psoriasis patients with concomitant psoriatic arthritis, the signs and symptoms of psoriatic arthritis will be evaluated to assess improvement.
