Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

This study is designed to identify the target Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) population(s) that over express c-Met (c-Met+) best suited for telisotuzumab vedotin therapy in the second line or third line setting (Stage 1) and then to expand the group(s) to further evaluate efficacy in the selected population(s) (Stage 2).

Recruitment Status: Not yet recruiting

Condition :   Dermatite atopique

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib combined with topical corticosteroids (TCS) for the treatment of adolescent and adult participants with moderate to severe Atopic dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Atopic Dermatitis

The objective of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of upadacitinib for the treatment of adolescent and adult participants with moderate to severe Atopic Dermatitis (AD) who are candidates for systemic therapy.

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Advanced Solid Tumors

An open-label, dose-escalation (Part 1), dose-expansion (Part 2) study to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-155 alone and in combination with paclitaxel or docetaxel.

In Part 1 (dose escalation), subjects will receive escalating doses of ABBV-155 monotherapy (Part 1a) or ABBV-155 in combination with paclitaxel or docetaxel (Part 1b).

In Part 2 (dose expansion), subjects will receive ABBV-155 monotherapy or in combination therapy. The ABBV-155 monotherapy cohort will enroll subjects with relapsed or refractory (R/R) small cell lung cancer (SCLC) (Part 2a); the ABBV-155 plus a taxane (paclitaxel or docetaxel) combination cohort will enroll subjects with R/R non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and breast cancer (Part 2b).

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Polyarthrite rhumatoïde

This is a phase 2 study to evaluate safety and efficacy of ABBV-105 and ABBV-599 (ABBV-105 plus upadacitinib) vs placebo on a background of conventional synthetic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (csDMARDS) for the treatment of signs and symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) at 12 weeks in biological disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs(bDMARD)-inadequate response (bDMARD-IR) or bDMARD-intolerant participants with moderately to severely active RA and to define optimal dose for further development.

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Hidradenitis Suppurativa is a painful, chronic skin disease characterized by recurrent inflamed nodules and abscesses, which may rupture to form fistulas and subsequent scarring. This Study is an open-label extension study available to subjects who participated in a prior adalimumab study who meet all the inclusion and none of the exclusion criteria. The purpose of this study to evaluate the long term safety, tolerability and efficacy of adalimumab in subjects with moderate to severe HS.

Condition :   Maladie de Crohn

This study is a proof of concept, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group phase 2 dose-ranging study of BI 655066/ABBV-066 (risankizumab), an IL-23 p19 antagonist monoclonal antibody, in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease.

Recruitment Status: Completed

Condition :   Glioblastoma, Gliosarcoma

This study seeks to determine whether the addition of ABT-414 to concomitant radiotherapy and temozolomide (TMZ) followed by combination of ABT-414 with adjuvant TMZ prolongs overall survival (OS) among participants with newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) amplification.

In addition, there is a Phase 1, open-label, multicenter sub-study to assess the pharmacokinetics, safety and tolerability of ABT-414 in participants with newly diagnosed EGFR-amplified GBM who have mild or moderate hepatic impairment.

The main study for all countries except China is closed. The sub-study of ABT-414 (number of participants being sought=12) in participants with newly diagnosed EGFR-amplified GBM who have mild or moderate hepatic impairment is open to enrollment.

Recruitment Status: Recruiting

Condition :   Virus de l'hépatite C

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of response to treatment by evaluating the percentage of subjects achieving a 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12) after 12 weeks of treatment with ABT-493/ABT-530 and to evaluate the safety of the regimen in participants with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT) 4, 5, or 6 infection.
