Condition :   Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

A Randomized, Double-Blind, Multicenter, Phase 2 Trial Comparing Veliparib Plus Carboplatin and Paclitaxel Versus Placebo Plus Carboplatin and Paclitaxel in Previously Untreated Metastatic or Advanced Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

The study seeks to assess the efficacy of veliparib (ABT-888) in combination with carboplatin and etoposide in participants with extensive disease small cell lung cancer (ED SCLC). ED SCLC is defined herein as any SCLC except a disease confined to the hemithorax of origin, with or without the involvement of regional lymph nodes, including ipsilateral and contralateral mediastinal, ipsilateral and contralateral mediastinal, and ipsilateral supraclavicular nodes.

This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multinational, and multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy of rovalpituzumab tesirine as maintenance therapy following first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.

A single-arm, open-label study to assess the overall safety of rovalpituzumab tesirine in participants with relapsed or refractory delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) expressing small cell lung cancer by evaluating the frequency of high grade (>= Grade 3) select treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs).

This study is designed to identify the target Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) population(s) that over express c-Met (c-Met+) best suited for telisotuzumab vedotin therapy in the second line or third line setting (Stage 1) and then to expand the group(s) to further evaluate efficacy in the selected population(s) (Stage 2).
