Condition :   Hepatitis C Virus

The purpose of this study in HCV genotype 4-infected subjects with compensated cirrhosis is to assess the safety and to compare the percentage of subjects achieving a 12-week sustained virologic response (SVR12), [HCV ribonucleic acid (RNA) < lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) 12 weeks following treatment], to a clinically relevant threshold [based on SVR rates for HCV genotype 4-infected subjects treated with pegylated interferon (pegIFN)/RBV].

The 12 and 16-week arms have been fully enrolled. As of 19 May 2015, they were closed and the two 24-week arms were opened for enrollment.

Recruitment Status: Active, not recruiting

Condition :   Hepatitis C

A follow up study designed to obtain long term data on subjects who either achieved a sustained virologic response or did not achieve a sustained virologic response in an Abbott sponsored hepatitis C study.

Recruitment Status: Active, not recruiting

Condition :   Hepatitis C Virus Infection, Infection par le virus de l'immunodéficience humaine, Hépatite C chronique, Cirrhose compensée et absence de cirrhose

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir with and without dasabuvir coadministered with and without ribavirin for 12 and 24 weeks in adults with genotype 1 or 4 Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection with Human Immunodeficiency Virus, Type 1 coinfection.

Recruitment Status: Active, not recruiting

Condition :   Hépatite C chronique, Hepatitis C Virus

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ABT-493 and ABT-530 (or ABT-493/ABT-530) coadministered with and without ribavirin in adults with chronic HCV genotypes 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 infection.

In part 4, the primary objectives also include to assess the efficacy (SVR12) of treatment with ABT-493/ABT-530 combination regimen in GT2-infected DAA-naive subjects without cirrhosis compared to historical SVR12 rate of treatment with sofosbuvir plus RBV in GT2-infected DAA-naive subjects without cirrhosis.

Recruitment Status: Completed

Condition :   Hepatitis C

This is a rollover study to assess resistance and durability of response to ABT-493 and/or ABT-530 in subjects who have participated in Phase 2 or 3 clinical studies with these agents for the treatment of chronic HCV.

Recruitment Status: Active Not Recruiting

Condition :   Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)

This was a Phase 3b, open-label, non-randomized, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of glecaprevir/pibrentasvir (GLE/PIB) in participants with chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype (GT) 1 - 6 infection without liver cirrhosis or with compensated liver cirrhosis and with chronic renal impairment in participants who were either HCV treatment-naïve (TN) or prior treatment-experienced (TE) with interferon (IFN) or pegylated interferon (PegIFN) with or without ribavirin (RBV), or sofosbuvir (SOF) plus RBV with or without pegIFN.

Recruitment Status: Completed
